El Rincon Colonia is the oldest cantina in Campeche. The building is over 200 years old. It became a cantina in 1953. The cantina has been in the movie Original Sin starring Angelina Jolie & Antonio Banderas. The beer is ice cold and the cocktails are excellent. They give you botanas which are small plates of food as long as you keep ordering drinks. The chef in the kitchen turns out some delicious regional food. Service is attentive & quick. If your visiting Campeche I highly recommend you visit this cantina.
